It's simple enough

You are the manager of a team
(I think I've just accepted you into the MSE mini-league - polly321 ??)

To assemble your team you select 4 Drivers, 2 Constructors and an Engine supplier

Depending how these Drivers, Constructors and Engines perform (in real life) at the 19 Formula 1 Grand Prix races during 2014 (from the first that's over the weekend March 15/16 to the last November 21/22) you will accrue points that can be converted into a RSH reward

You can also select 1 BONUS RACE

Just pick a CIRCUIT from the 19 they will race at and for that weekend the team you have assembled will score DOUBLE POINTS

Finally, you get the option to make up to 3 TRANSFERS (changes) to your team in the 5 days (Mon-Fri) BEFORE each Grand Prix weekend, so that you can drop poor performing "components" and replace them with those doing better.
