I just tried & the booking failed after clicking the buy button but the amount was still deducted from the e-voucher
I did, a couple of weeks ago. It went through fine, got confirmation and everything.0 -
a couple of weeks ago might have been before the system changes - theres a big red message about new 'security features' whatever that means - did you make a booking with that message there ?
hope its just a one off
Ive booked many times & this is the first time Ive had this happen0 -

Important Information
We are making some slight changes to the way our payments page looks.
You don't need to do anything, all your saved payment data is still held in the system so you can continue to use redspottedhanky.com as usual.
If you are on twitter, you could tweet them to find out why you are having issues with your account.0 -
well I just tried again booking with e-vouchers
I managed to book after 3 attempts - the first two attempts it gave me an error message ('no vouchers available') but crucially this time it did not deduct the amount when it failed so I could try again
I think I will try to avoid using e-vouchers for the next few months as it looks like the system is very unreliable after the changes - knowing how slow IT changes are made it will probably be many months before they fix these issues0
