So does it actually say '0 Loyalty Points'?

Their system is a bit odd, in that once you've logged in to your RSH account, you have to click on 'Loyalty' in the left-hand menu, then click on 'Login' on the left side (even though you're already logged in) before the number of points is displayed.

If it really does say 0, then I'd contact them on their Facebook or Twitter page:

Oh, and make sure that the email address of your RSH account is identical to the one you used in the game. That's the only method they have of linking them together.

They expire at the end of each calendar year.
