I just discovered that I have 5228 points available! Hadn't thought to look at the loyalty points recently, obviously! Yippee!

£52 now in my account waiting to be used against my next train journey! Brill - thanks RSH.

I ordered 2x£10 of Boots vouchers and received with a week or so.

Can I ask when you ordered them? I ordered 2 x £10 Cineworld vouchers on the 18th and I'm still waiting, so just wondering if you ordered around the same time or earlier? I'm just wondering if they have a backlog or something for rewards ordered around the 18th as the previous time I ordered I received in exactly 7 working days. I asked them but they said to wait until 10 working days has passed before I contact them again which would be tomorrow, which is why I wanted to know whether anyone else was in the same situation as me. I guess I'll just have to wait and see if I receive anything tomorrow.

EDIT: Still haven't received anything at all and today was the 10th working day. Guess it's time to email them again.

To those that ordered vouchers (cineworld, national garden etc.), have you received your vouchers yet? Just wondering if I'm the only one still waiting. Granted today is the 9th day and terms state 7-10 days but I usually receive them on the 7th day.

how often vouchers are in stock? tia

Not often at all. From what I've seen it's about 4 times per year, which is why you have to be really quick when they do come in stock as you never know the quantity they have of each voucher.

Looking at my account they were both ordered towards the end of September.

Sorry but no, it'll be next year

As per the PRIZES page (and something they did last year - but for ALL the points because they were not sub-divided into 4 periods)

All fantasy game participants will be awarded redspottedhanky.com loyalty points. The number of loyalty points earned will be equal to 1 loyalty per 5 Fantasy Game points. A maximum of £20.00 will be payable over the full game (16/03/14 – 23/11/14). Loyalty points will be allocated to eligible participants to the maximum value of £5 per period as follows: Period 1 = First Corner, period dates - 16/03/14 to 11/05/14 (payable by 09/06/14). Period 2= Chicane, period dates - 25/05/14 to 06/07/14 (payable by 03/08/14).. Period 3 = Long Straight, period dates, 20/07/14 to 21/09/14 (payable by 19/10/14). Period 4 = Final Lap, period dates 05/10/14 to 23/11/14 (payable by 09.01.15) (amounting to a total of £20.00 over the full game period). Loyalty points can be redeemed against the cost of future train travel with redspottedhanky.com or goods through the redspottedhanky.com loyalty portal when you open an account with redspottedhanky.com. In order for redspottedhanky.com loyalty points to be allocated to the participant the participant must have an existing redspottedhanky.com account or register on redspottedhanky.com and set up an account using the same email address used for Game participation within 5 working days of the end of each period. Loyalty points are personal to the account holder and the account to which they have been allocated. Loyalty points cannot be transferred to any other person or account, nor can they be traded in any way. Loyalty points cannot be redeemed in cash and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
Loyalty points will be valid for one calendar year from 1st January - 31st December. If you do not collect and redeem your points or e-vouchers by the end of the calendar year they will not be carried forward to the following calendar.

  • Didn't someone on here say that the £1 Booking fee wouldnt apply if you paid with exchanged Loyalty points? Just tried to book tickets for next weekend, and I'm seeing it...

    Last week, this wasn't happening!

Yes, they must have changed it as I was going to book a ticket yesterday paying with just e-vouchers and it showed the £1.00 booking fee. A couple of weeks ago I booked a ticket and there was no booking fee.

My ticket for yesterday was only for £3.15 so a £1.00 charge for that seemed a bit crazy so I purchased it elsewhere. I'll use my e-vouchers for higher priced tickets if I can from now on.
