Why not just choose to let the site automatically build your team? I just checked my teams and they are still set up with all the positions, have engines, etc. Budget is low so it looks like the site has been automatically swapping things out and upgrading when it has funds.

I guess you may not have as much fun or not get the best optimisation, but if you have it set that way, then it's kind of a set-and-forget-it it seems.

Is there some reason why you can't or shouldn't just leave your teams on auto-run mode?

ANY "questions" are NOT coming from RSH themselves but people (MSE members here) that are participating in this "Fantasy Grand Prix" game, and generally seem to be over the clarification of the rules. Furthermore this game is NOT being run by RSH themselves anyway, it is being run FOR RSH by SilentManager - The Fantasy Sports Games Specialists - https://www.silentmanager.com

As for why not "let the site automatically build your team"?

That's "fine" just to get any team together where you want zero input, perhaps where your F1 GP knowledge is zero, and you're going to be happy with whatever the outcome of the final result is.
However you could end up with the "team from hell".
An unreliable engine and unreliable back of the grid constructors driven by the slowest of the drivers in the field.

This DOES NOT happen
Whatever your "Lucky Dip" team consists of is built ONLY when you choose this option at the outset and is "FIXED" once it's submitted.
There is NOT an "auto-run" mode where any parts of the team will change through the season by themselves.
WITHOUT "MANUAL INTERVENTION" (and by that I mean YOU ! The Team Manager) they will be the same on the last day as they were on the first.

You get 3 transfers per race (NOT the Bonus Race - that IS FIXED) and IF you want to use them you get 113 hours (One Hundred and Thirteen Hours) in which to do so.

This commences on the Monday IMMEDIATELY BEFORE the Race Weekend at 00:01am and ends on the following FRIDAY at 16:59

For MALAYSIA - that's the next GP which is NEXT WEEKEND - that Monday IS TODAY - 24th March
So the TRANSFER WINDOW NOW IS OPEN

It CLOSES on Friday 28th at 16:59

Happy with you team - then leave it as it is.

There is ONLY ONE reason that it won't let you choose a Driver, a Constructor or an Engine ...

MONEY !


... to assemble the 4 Drivers, 2 Constructors and the Engine parts of your team ... (Bonus Circuit has NO COST VALUE)

EACH of which has an INDIVIDUAL VALUE ...

...the COST of ALL of them CANNOT EXCEED 100,000,000 Euros


IF the 4 Drivers and 2 Constructors that you had picked totaled 98,000,000 Euros then your remaining budget was only 2,000,000

...which means you can't choose an Engine since the cheapest is 14,000,000 Euros

Firstly a quick reminder.

For those with a COMPLETE TEAM that HAS BEEN SUBMITTED (either Automatically or MANUALLY - now the ONLY option) ...

.. the TRANSFER DEADLINE for the next race is little more than 24 hours away.

So IF you want to change up to 3 bits of your team ...

Sack the DRIVER(S) that CRASHED :eek:
Ditch the CONSTRUCTOR(S) whose WHEELS FELL OFF :rotfl:
Swap the ENGINE for one that DOESN'T CATCH FIRE

... NOW IS THE TIME !!!

AND, IF your Team is NOT COMPLETE AND SUBMITTED

THEN DO IT QUICK - Otherwise it will be NIL POINTS AGAIN :eek:


Secondly, within the RSH Mini-League Admin there is a "facility" to Email all the league members.

I've been trying to do this to notify the 20 teams that have joined our league BUT HAVE NOT "JOINED THE GAME"

... because their team is incomplete and/or has not been submitted.

I do NOT think this Email "all members" is working correctly

PLEASE ... Can ANYONE confirm they have actually received an Email from RSH "that's from ME" on this topic ?

The game's technical team assure me it is working as it should but did say "It's possible it has ended up in your JUNK/SPAM folder" so can you please check there.

I've now tried 3 times over the last couple of days and I know for certain of half a dozen MSE mini-league members' email accounts that have not seen hide nor hair of these communications
