The 4 separate date periods are shown under the T&Cs, an extract taken from the T&Cs:

Period 1 = First Corner, period dates - 16/03/14 to 11/05/14 (payable by 09/06/14). Period 2= Chicane, period dates - 25/05/14 to 06/07/14 (payable by 03/08/14).. Period 3 = Long Straight, period dates, 20/07/14 to 21/09/14 (payable by 19/10/14). Period 4 = Final Lap, period dates 05/10/14 to 23/11/14 (payable by 09.01.15)

I don't think you can change the bonus circuit once it's chosen.

I'm on 492 points, didn't think i'd done too bad but feels a bit pathetic compared to the current top team on 1158 points :eek: lol.

Ah well, it's a bit of fun and hopefully a reasonable amount of points for us all to convert later on.

According to this from the T&Cs, the initial recorded results stand for the fantasy game:

The ONLY results used for the game are those initially reported by the key news agencies. If any decision is subsequently reversed, we will NOT reverse the decision of the results initially reported.

5.10 The Company will use the latest scores reported by key news agencies to use as the basis of the fantasy scoring criteria. Reversed decisions or Post-race disqualifications will not be counted. Points will only be corrected if the initial reporting was incorrect.

I was hoping to change my bonus circuit as one of my transfers but you could well be right. It's not clear from the rules but I guess we'll find out next week when the transfer window opens.

Presumably all the top teams will have used their bonus so 492 doesn't sound too bad (assuming you didn't use your bonus!). I got 486, so just slightly behind target to hit 2500 for the first 5 races.

In terms of rules regarding disqualification, as in the case of Ricciardo, the section Reverse Decisions in the rules seems to say that if a driver is disqualified after the race and before 00.01 GMT (or BST) on the Tuesday after the race, the amended result rather than the original result will be used for Fantasy F1 points allocations.

Yeah, they presumably used up their bonus circuit, I haven't got to my bonus circuit yet. It just made my total look rubbish in comparison lol but it's probably ok taking that into account.

With regard to changing the bonus circuit, all other components are clickable whereas the bonus circuit isn't so that made me believe you can't change it but we shall see.

Exactly as I said ...

1. "OFFICIAL" changes of decisions (as per this disqualification) providing it happens before this "cut-off" time of 00:01am on the Tuesday following the race.

This appears to have already happened since Ricciardo has had his "finishing" points removed - although his 57 points for his 57 laps seem to have remained.

As I read it .... > A disqualified driver WILL NOT SCORE ANY POINTS !
So not sure how these 57 still exist

Update to the above ...

Ricciardo HAS LOST his 57 points for completing 57 laps

His total is JUST 20 - those scored in Qualifying


If you look at OUT OF FORM components

you will see it shows just 20 points

BUT IF you click on his name

It does still show the 57 laps he completed but the score for Australia GP RACE = 0

Yesterday I did look at a team that contained Ricciardo and although it did reflect his disqualification and he had lost the points for finishing 2nd it did still contain "his laps" and was 77 points

For the same team it is now just 20

SO the 57 HAVE GONE !

Everyone needs to check their points - they will have changes from earlier today

The absolute MAXIMUM that anyone could have scored for this GP race weekend IF they had picked the "perfect" team for it ....

As for the Top Team (Vroom_Vroom ?) having 1158 points - I suggest you check again

This seems to have been revised to 1108 (554 x 2)


In the MSE league 2 teams Woodford Wanderers and Whoosh have 1006 having "played their joker"



TOP "MSE" TEAM with the Bonus Circuit "still up their sleeve" is

Buckleys with 534 points



As for yourselves don simon and chels ....

... it looks like your scores have been revised as well since I cannot see a score of 492 OR 486 in the MSE league

Team super dons (don simon?) now has a score of 461
