Bear in mind I'm not the OP and I have never ordered on line from Tesco. But I did have a look and I find it misleading to have a gigantic 3+ and then expect you to read more to find out the 3+ may not be true.
There is far too much advertising like this where stores hide behind their T&C's. While so many people are happy to accept it they will continue.0 -
So as I asked earlier, if you consider it misleading, have you reported it to the ASA? and if not, why not?0

If I was the OP I probably would.0 -
But I did have a look and I find it misleading
Misleading enough to write about it on here, but not misleading enough to be bothered reporting it.Too many people accept this type of advertising, that's how they get
away with it.0 -

People such as yourself perhaps?
Misleading enough to agree with the OP is more to the point.
No people like you who think that big companies can do no wrong.0 -

Where did you get this idea from?
Just because I don't think one particular advert is misleading doesn't mean that I think the same of all adverts or companies.
However, If I did find one advert or business doing something that I considered misleading or unfair, I wouldn't hesitate to report it, which is something that you don't seem willing to do.
It called having the courage of one's convictions.
You've made multiple posts stating that you consider that the Tesco adverts are misleading, so why not report them to the relevant body?0 -
I have already said that if I was the OP I probably would.0
