We are not allowed to advise of lenders on this forum as it could be seen as leading.
We have no way of knowing you are a broker.
Are you part of a network or mortgage club? My Spanish is more than adequate to translate it, my 13 year old granddaughter's Spanish is more than adequate - and I would certainly have considered that a Spanish bank's internal resources would be approaching adequate to do so !!!
But no - they require "a professional translation" !!!Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why please read the forum rules or email the forum team if you’re still unsure - MSE ForumTeam0 -

They are accepting an application in his sole name.
Thanks.
New sole application 18 July.
Told on the phone they could take the dec and ddm from the old case and transfer them.
No they can't.
Told they need permission from cardholder to use card details as she's no longer an applicant.
Obtained and emailed. Underwriter disappeared off sick 28 July. Still not back.
Valuer finally instructed 30 July. Track It not updated. Contacted them today, valuation booked for 26 August.
It will be a rainy day in hell before we use them again. I will be praying for no newbuild flat BTLs at 75%!I am a mortgage broker. When your web host goes bust and decides not to pre warn anyone.
Thats been the highlight of my Saturday-today. I spent until lastnight trying to work out when it would be back up and running only to find out it wouldnt. So now had to move everything over and im without emails until sometime tomorrow.
Im more stressed not receiving emails than I am getting too many!I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it. Ah that sucks ACG, hopefully you can get things sorted ASAP. We use a custom built system hosted online which is a double edged sword - it's almost perfect for our needs since we built it, but it's awfully slow and doesn't take much to bring down momentarily if more than a handful of us are using it at once!I am a mortgage adviser. You should note that this site doesn't check my status as a Mortgage Adviser, so you need to take my word for it. Things are back up and running now - although im still struggling to get outlook to work but I can atleast send and receive which is the main thing.
The last thing I needed when I have cases come out of my ears and arranging for a kitchen to be fitted and tradesmen to come down! I think I have aged about 5 years this week.
The system works, its just the host who decided to "fix" something not tell anyone and then ignore calls/email requests. Nevermind, im sure in a week or 2 things will be back to normal. On the plus side - get to go and look at new cars next week so I will keep that in mind.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it. When we have dealt with similar situations the lender has al list of approved translation suppliers.
I would have thought Santander would be the last lender requesting a Spanish translation.I am a Mortgage Broker
