Ive relaxed a little now, just frustrated I had a busy day planned and its all gone to pot. Halifax is pulling out of shared equity (inc HTB - EL) and shared ownership for anything other than FTBs from tomorrow.

If they aren't going to accept SE or So from non-FTBs, I don't see how they can lend to existing borrowers.
