OMG! Is that real? You hear these things occassionally, I didn't think it would appear!
LOL @ the for sale board. I just couldn't bring myself to do it :rotfl:Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.

Dg,
Somehow it does seem a bit tacky don't you think? I can envisage the "for sale board" board being a piece of 2x4 with Tesco plastic carrier bag stapled to it!!!In case you hadn't already worked it out - the entire global financial system is predicated on the assumption that you're an idiot:cool:0 -
All I seem to get is an error when searching.0

I never mentioned the word "professionally" lol:rotfl:My home is usually the House Buying, Renting and Selling Forum where I can be found trying to (sometimes unsucessfully) prove that not all Estate Agents are crooks. With 20 years experience of Sales/Lettings and having bought and sold many of my own properties I've usually got something to say
Ignore......check!0 -

Great launch Tesco!!Feb wins, Galaxy book0 -

You will then have to do all your own viewings, negotiate selling price etc.
Also with Energy efficency tests coming in (you will have to pay the fee to get that done) Estate agents won't charge you for it........
It will be interesting to see how many people sign up and how many buyers want to deal direct with the owner. I hated the bloke we bought our house off!!
Is this an ironic post?
I can only quote from my own experience, but the estate agents I used were so inept that I had to deal with my own viewings, negotiate the selling price, etc.
I found that the estate agent was pushing for me to sell at a lower price because they wanted the sale to meet their targets, rather than because they felt the house was worth the initial offer. I held out and got an additional 5k on the sale. So much for their services :mad:Mortgage Free in 3 Years (Apr 2007 / Currently / Δ Difference)

I think the error is caused because today is the sites first day and they don't have nay properties in the area you are looking at yet.
Looking at the search engine they are using, it appears that the are using the same technology as rightmove so there could be lots of competition in the near future.0 -
interestingly they are doing buyers insurance for 69.99:beer: Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast :beer:0 -
This Tesco property website is awful.
Pictures are blurred and there are hardly any of them. No floorplans on any properties. And worst of all, whilst you can filter out sold properties you can't filter out those Under Offer.
I hope this is just a test site, otherwise I'll be sticking to findaproperty (incidentally vastly superior to rightmove anyway).0
