  • Put a PIN on it next time. You have one on your bank cards to prevent misuse. I do feel sympathy for you but this could have been prevented.

    There is not really anything you can do apart from beg. Also the title is misleading as there is no fraud to do with your bill. It is your account and you are legally liable for the calls on that account. You have been negligent and now have a very large bill to pay. So that shiny new phone from vodafone is costing you a bit more than you thought now.
