Console wars do help consumers, well....the ones prepared to wait for the price drops at least! :cool:

I want to see what offers there are at the end of this year, I'll be looking at either a PS4 or an XBox One then but not before.

Did you buy direct from MS? If you bought in the last few weeks, perhaps ask - but be under no illusion, they have virtually zero obligation to offer a refund. If you bought 5 months ago (sounds like this is the case) then sorry, but no chance.
