this is an old thread and I doubt that he is in business anymore since his court appearance, plus he is unlikely to be on here because of the court rulings made against him (from what I remember)

I suggest you start a new thread if you want help but you may have problems finding somebody who will represent you and deal with court papers unless you pay the same solicitors that represented Barry Beavis - not cheap if you want professional help
  • Thank you Redx
completely new to this and thought i may have been able to contact member directly as they seemed to be pretty confident about this particular case. ill see if i can start a new thread if not i may have to wipe my mouth and pay them as it seems although its going to be very difficult to do anything about and likely to cost me more in solicitors than the actual fine

    thanks again

like I said, its an old thread and a lot can happen in 2 years, or the last 6 months

    http://parking-prankster.blogspot.co.uk/2015/11/phil-hilsden-sentenced-today.html

I suggest you start a new thread about your own problems, because CEL have dozens of these court claims on the go, plus several people on here have posted about recent claims and check the 2016 blogs on parking pranksters website too

plenty to read if you do the research, but I would suggest that D.I.Y. is best, with help from here and learn from what others in similar circumstances are doing (but in the here and now, not 2 years ago when things were a lot different)

so please start a new thread, with info on your own case, dont bother with anything older than 4 months old , ideally start from last November and the Beavis case, then work forwards to recent jan and feb 2016 CEL court cases
  • Wow Thats crazy!!

Thanks again I'm trying to find my way around this webpage little daunting for newbies ill search newer threads and see where that takes me

thanks again for taking time to reply much appreciated

I spent hours last night reading through various different threads (obviously more recent) and noticed yourself and Coupon mad have been in almost every one.
I know you must get tired of saying the same thing over and over and i can see that you don't suffer fools gladly (especially when you have already told them what to do) but the more i have read the more confused I'm getting knowing weather or not its relative to myself. To be totally honest i don't fully understand how to use this site and was wondering if i could maybe ask your advice on my particular circumstance to see weather or not its worth me fighting or trying to start a new thread?

    thanks again

as I said yesterday, you need to start your own thread, your own topic

do that and you will get replies from those who can help you

use the red (or blue) new thread button at the top or bottom left of this parking forum and post a new thread, its that simple !

add the details without giving personal stuff away and outline what you want help on

its not our job as volunteers to teach you to use the internet and forums, but we will give you the advice you need once you have learned the basics

nobody is going to help you in an old thread, which is why you have no replies, my reply was basically telling you to start a new thread and why, plus giving you an idea on what to read
