Well you could appeal to exhaust that avenue. But it will be rejected out of hand.

Another way to get them focused is this

    Dear McDonalds

Thank you for your reply dated xxxxx . As you are apparently washing your hands of the situation, and are allowing your agents and their agents to harass me your customer.

Could you please supply me with your registered address so I can initiate a small claim against your company, I will be making a claim of harassment by your agents, you are severally liable for the actions of your agents.

I respectfully ask you to reconsider your decision before a claim is made

    Faithfully

I'd point out that harassment is now a criminal offence.

Yes but you can use a civil court for redress on it

You don't have to pay just because you missed the chance to appeal. You could always name the driver (who was of course not the same person as the keeper) so they get a shiny new PCN. Think carefully about who might have been driving...

See the NEWBIES thread, advice on rewinding the clock if you think you are 'too late to appeal'.

Revenge is a dish best served cold...
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
