I think Currys may have said 1st March accidentally, and had to withdraw that, but that would be the best guess for launch. I thought that it had been available through Amazon anyway so there wasn't any need to wait for months...0

It's common knowledge that Chromecast is coming and I'd assume Currys, Amazon and all the big giants would have supplies by now ,or at least have orders placed ready for delivery and it's sort of surprising that with the exception of Currys no other retailer has let information out0 -

I got one before Christmas from Amazon for £37. It works from my Android phone on the YouTube App but not yet on the Chrome browser on the laptop.
Looking forward to some more functionality when its up and running proper.0 -
