this is an admin fee, i see it all the time. the information is on the site but in very small writing, whenever you search for a payday loan no matter who with you will be charged an admin fee, you need to contact wonga and ask them to refund it. click4pay will be the processor they use similiar to paypal when buying off ebay. my advice do not search for payday loans they are the worst invention ever.
