Mbuys have fallen (from over 4,000) to 1,986 (signed in) and 2,029 (signed out) on msm. Probably just updating again.

Off on things like the Walkers Meaty 20 and Walkers Classic 20 - probably too risky but possible £8.16 vs £6.00 M (not Northern Ireland:() = £5.00 - £2.76 = £2.24 or £1.12:money: for each 20 pack. But, as I said, probably too risky! Need to check position in a few hours time and if mbuys still off, then... etc.

I think your find vertically none of the multis are on ASDA or msm for ASDA the sites on melt down.... Mega glitch.....

Cookie I am sorry to hear the news about your back but don't despair, Mr Tinyshoes was told something similar in his early 30s nearly 20 years on he is fit and healthy and pain free and taking no medication. :)

He was told if he carried on doing the job he was he could end up in a wheelchair. The type of work meant a lot of overreaching in cramped spaces. :( It was a struggle for us but he did give up his "trade" for other work, very poorly paid to start with but we managed until he found something with a liveable wage. He did have an epidural which helped initially but can thoroughly recommend the help he got from the NHS physios. He now runs, rides a bike, and does martial art couple times a week. :)

I hope you find the best way forward to help with your symptons. Take care of yourself. :A

(Oh and he was also offered an operation but decided not to risk it.)

Just had a look back and found this, thanks for the encouragement ts but i spoke with the doc today and he told me that i am in a bad way and i will probably not work again :(
