PS i was also told to stop martial arts
Mr Tinyshoes now does Tai Chi now, a good school that does not do just the gentle form but he worked up from that and is sure it has helped strengthen his back but you have to do what is right for you and what you are told.
He had a moderate prolapsed disc which he was told if he carried on with the manual work he did would completely collapse or something like that. I can remember him being in agony seems a lifetime away now. Thank goodness.0 -
I ought not to be here, so just moving post to earlier post!!:D0

Oh Cookie I am sorry. I hope you do get offered some physio though as they are worth their weight in gold getting/keeping people as mobile as possible. They kept my mum on her feet for a long time with a broken back from the cancer in her spine. She didn't need to see them lots, just gave her some good info/exercises right for her.
They are sending me back to physio again to see if it will help but as far as work goes i cannot sit in the office or a machine, i can't walk around sites as this will all make me worse. When i asked what i could do the surgeon just shrugged his shoulders. Then the doc tells me today that my back is really bad and painkillers with physio is the only way forward. maybe work in here finding glitches like deedee etc as i do have time on my side.:)0 -

Indeed - roll on 6am, for APG update absent of mbuys hopefully.
Okay. Disappointingly, rather time for bed for me. I'll catch up with you later (dipdap and others pls keep an eye on the mbuys for us) and see where things stand in the normal morning. I've leave you with a tune:

I know people have their own dreams and priorities, but if you plan it right you can still have a great time and wonderful memories, but a house/home, can keep giving those happy times for so much longer.
