Just been to Tosco. They have a thorn tons dark chocolate egg. SEL £10 each or any 2 for £8. Bought 2 scanned at £10 each and got DTD £24:T:eek: so they paid me £4 to take them away :rotfl:

They tried to get out of it but the SEL said the weight range ( of which these are included) and clearly said Thorntons. And spired 4th March. They tried to say the offer wasn't valid yet but there was no way I would know this.

They have since removed the SEL but might be worth checking your stores?

Please can someone explain how the price matching lists work?

Welcome Nenen.

There are a few lovely DH's here that do use DW affectionately.

I'm not an expert on APG's so will leave someone else to try and explain, let's just say it has it's glitches which sometimes works very much in our favour as things don't compare quite as you would expect.

Some people might have money off voucher ie 3 off 30 for one shop but prices cheaper in another or as in the case of the radox the price in store is 3 for £3 not £1.90 as quote on the price comparison hth

Hello and welcome. Right ill give it a shot explaining it to you. You buy for example 3 things in sada that are in a 3 for £10 deal. So you have paid £10 plus fillers ( to make sure you have a minimum of 8 items so your receipt will compare on the apg site) the apg site thinks you have paid full price for all items, it hasn't realised you got them on offer. So it seems like you have spent more than you have and so if other supermarkets are cheaper than the full price it thinks you have paid it will generate an apg.

Ok I hope you get it. But don't worry if you don't it will come clear eventually. My OH is still confused. I am a newbie to this too. I'm very easily confused :rotfl:

Think you might end up paying full price for the S&Gs LL, they are 20p in T and the Radox is v S or M..:(
