Are you feeling warm and positive about the rest of your life now? I know I did. ;)

Very much feeling warm and positve. Beaming in fact. I have now recovered from the disasterous decision to transfer to III.

Just sent them another complaint about them not paying my dividends, and bascially told them to pay me the money in 8 weeks, or i go to the FCA again. And since I have don't it before with III, they should no it's not an idle threat.

Could always send them a letter before action and then if they dont pay within 14 days take them to court.

Well done! the more II customers complain to the FCA and FOS the greater the likelihood that the regulators will start reviewing II and put pressure on them to improve their service levels :T

I worry about if anybody at II, actually knows what they are doing. Apprently they didn't pay my dividends because of a "reconcilation" error, which off course they didn't notice. I wonder how much more money they owe me, that I haven't noticed?

Also they said i will not get a Feb dividend payment, because i transfered out before the ex-dividend date which they said was in the middle of december.

When in fact the ex-dividend was the end of the month, and that they are obviously unaware that an transfer out date is not the same as the re-registerisation date for a fund, which could be months after, which it was. And the last thing is that 6 hours after that secure message they paid my Feb. dividend, the one they said they didn't have!

Mmmhh, makes me glad I have transfered out, hopefully their are not many more dividends to pay, and I can close my account, and never have to speak to them again.

As we have often said, they are making it up as they go.
I used to feel so sorry for the call handlers who obviously had little or no training before they were pushed in at the deep end.

Ask your new provider for the fund settlement date then you will know for certain who is responsible for the dividend.
