At least you got your dividends i'm still waiting for dividends to be paid out from end of January, they "promised" to pay it into my account and the end of the yesterday. Guess what their "promise" was a waste of space, no money arrived.

Just off to post my formal complaint regarding SIPP transfer maladministration and incompetence to the FOS.
1. Complaint initiated to II on 24/09/14.
2. II committed to respond by 23/12/14 at the latest.
3. Predictably, not a dickybird by 23/12/14. I prompt II on 13/01/15 and then receive a letter dated 23/12/14 informing me that they are still investigating my complaint.
4. As of today, nothing further from II.

It may be that II has had so many complaints that they have now made a strategic decision to ignore them in the hope that clients will not bother to escalate the complaint.
Anyway, I'm going for a full house of : transferred funds going missing, wrong units allocated to funds, previously sold funds appearing in portfolio, cash removed from account without notification/documentation, fund rebates missing, and tax rebates missing.

But a truly shocking tale of incompetence and poor service.

My REIT dividend due Friday arrived over the week end.

No sign of the fund dividends yet...

Have received 12 dividends via AJ Bell that were due at the end of February. Still waiting for III to pay dividends that were due at the end of January. What a joke of a company. Time to esculate my complaint to the FOS.

Anyone know my rights here?

Around December last year l can no longer trade a stock! This is partly their response with no resolution,

I can confirm that your Eros shares are no longer available in Crest so we cannot trade this stock on our platform.

So l need to check with another broker to see if l can transfer out and they won't do it for free!

I did complain and wanted to take up with the FOS but they ignored me.

Who are Eros? Why are they no longer on Crest? What is your complaint?
