I still haven't received it. I emailed Julie Baxter directly on Friday about it and got a secure message that evening saying 'Our fund custodian, FNZ, has been unable to reconcile the dividend due for Newton Asian Income as yet'. Quite what they are doing with it is anybody's guess. They said they would pay it to me today and now they are saying it will be tomorrow. The class I hold is just 'Newton Asian Income GBP' although all the classes of the fund pay out on the same day. I have also been promised a payment and a breakdown of my missing/incorrect fund rebates tomorrow, having chased that up at the same time. Awaiting tomorrow with bated breath....

Thanks Julia, same fund & unit class I’m waiting for.

Looking back it has consistently been the last one I receive. My other Feb dividends were all received by mid March, and I received a 15th March dividend on the 19th. Overall an improvement on six months ago - but still unfortunately pretty pi$$ poor performance!:(

Aren't they supposed to be taking the next set of platform fees on Saturday?

We normally get a secure message confirming the date several weeks in advance. I could do with the trading credit next week as it's the new tax year and I have a couple of things to load up on in my ISA.

My Premier Monthly income arrived yesterday, so more or less on time.....!

I don't like to gloat but I've received 4 out of 5 April 1st dividend payments too.

The last time I posted on this thread, iii had closed my account without any notice or even a goodbye email, while there were two months outstanding (and extremely late) tax refunds still due on my ISA account. Although iii support were unable to tell me when or how I'd be paid, it appears that the money has been transferred to my Cavendish account.

So all I have left for iii is for them to issue a tax statement for 2014/5. What are the chances of them mailing me one without being chased?

it's my first end of tax year with iii, do they actually send out tax statements, or, in your case, only because you have closed your account and can't access online?

As I recall it appears on your account online and you can then print it off.

Having written some negative comments on II's Facebook page on Sunday I received a reply advising me that the dividend with be paid by FNZ to II today. However I am still no further in respect incorrect of outstanding commission rebates which I queried first week of Jan 2015, have since lodged a formal complaint and awaiting the 8 weeks before writing to the FOS. Have been in touch with the FCA who asked me to copy them in on my complaint to the FOS
