    The charge is actually correct. Only the first 10 lines are free. The rest are charged at £15 each. Its in their T&Cs. After 12 months it would have cost you £285.

    Forgot to say i rang them today and told them they messaged to say no £15 per fund was agreed late last year and you guessed it was a mistake and the message was wrongly worded.That makes 4 mistakes this year.

    and if you got £120 for transferring to them, they will probably reclaim that as well.

    Is anyone else still waiting to receive the Artemis Income R Inc dividend from 31st Dec?

    From II that is… I know that those with a real stockbroker have already banked and spent it!:p

    Interesting that III now prevent me any access to my old account to access statements, etc. Shall just have to wait while they send the staements required by HMRC.
