Parking Over Driveway

Buy a scooter for 50 quid, or look on Freecycle. Pay the tiny road tax on it. Park it permanently where his Toyota is, but a bit further back so you have room to move. As long as it isn't SORN and has a current MOT there is nothing he can do about it. Just remember not to actually ride it if you don't have insurance, just push it.
If you don't have the courage to just confront him (with camera in case you need evidence when he punches your face) then passive aggressive is the best option.0 -

If he doesn't have insurance he wont be able to tax it or park it on the road.0 -
not read all the posts, black car should move up a bit to the right, grey car should be further up the drive off the pavement
He will not be happy if he sees his car on here, neither would I.Blackpool_Saver is female, and does not live in Blackpool0 -

Well if you did read the thread you will see that the grey car (op's) is just there for the pics and the black car owner wont stop parking where he does, thats the whole point of this thread.0 -
The OP has also told everyone(with a tiny bit of research) where he lives.0

I assume he has a tax disc? If so, as he's legally parked, there's nothing you can do except take some more driving lessons and stop annoying your neighbour. They deem him their worst enemy who tells them the truth. -- Plato0

Yes, and that is what I commented onBlackpool_Saver is female, and does not live in Blackpool0 -
I think the main crime is the huge wing on the back of the Celeeka!
(... and the silver VW is blocking the pavement.)0 -
You think you have issues?! My neighbour has 6, YES 6, vehicles  and a drive that fits 1!!!!! Every day we run the gauntlet of trying to get out of our drive, made a million times worse when it's school drop off/pick up time. They have 3 personal use cars and 3 business vans (not large, like berlingo's or something). It's an absolute nightmare but we knew this when we moved in (well they had 2 cars less then but 4 is bad enough!) so can't really moan about it I guess!0

Oh and the Celica is verging on criminal, what a hideous, chavvy, body kit!!!0
