Parking Over Driveway

I'm afraid it's a poor design of the site OP. Toyota is parked perfectly legally. With your drive at the angle it is, the builder should have given you a wider dropped kerb to enable you to come straight off.
I usually park the VW off to the side; there's a little space which fits nicely and allows others past. Totally on the pavement too...but that's because of the design...shouldn't even be a pavement!0

Have you seen the size of a garage for a new build? Or that a garage isn't for cars but for everything else!
Yep, another reason not to buy a new-build. Garage doors have shrunk while cars are getting wider.
Apologies for using the Daily Mail as an example, but:

 (very familiar problem)
Trying somewhere else to find people that agree with you?
If you have a scan of the site plan that might make it easier to visualize.
one solution will be to get the lamppost moved and open up the front.
a lamppost in front of a house can effect resale
Nope. Just here…thought it might not be as harsh
If I wanted anything legally defining, Pepipoo is probably more apt.
Plus, I wanted opinions of view. I don’t want people to agree with me…questions (in the OP) answered by you are subjective to your opinion and knowledge. If I wanted you to agree with me, I wouldn’t have put open ended questions in now would I?
Moving a lamppost wouldn’t be approved. Wouldn’t be enough lighting at the end of the street. Plus it’s probably a better thing to have than not in terms of re-sale – “You have a light outside your house, paid for by the grid. Burglars don’t like light”. Plus it would have been factored into asking so is negligible.0

I think you can quote The Mail if you don't read what they type...just can the story, see what the poor old dear says, and forget about immigration for a minute!
Our garage was thrown in at the last minute. Huge bonus really! Wasn't in originals at all but added as part of amended draft so we now have a nice storage hut! 0 0

Get an old cheap car and park it where he parks then record the threats.Nothing to see here, move along.0

The Sprinter van mentioned in the OP…it’s readily available, don’t need to worry about the tax or insurance either 0 0

Why not reverse into your drive? Pull up parallel to the parked Toyota, then simply reverse in. Easy peasy leaving you much better placed to pull out safely and easily.
I'm guessing it's too late now as you've paid your money, but you could try going to the developers and [STRIKE]demand[/STRIKE] negotiate an extension to the drop on your side? It might cost but would be worth it to you.I'm an adult and I can eat whatever I want whenever I want and I wish someone would take this power from me.
