car tax help

Hi guys. My tax is due on the 28th but I don't get paid till the 29th.

What are my options besides bank of mom and dad?

    Buy it at the Post Office & pay by cheque, your wages will be in the bank by the time they cash the cheque. You might think cheques are outdated but they do have their uses!

    Buy it online on the 1st, it will be ok.
    They allow a few days before they prosecute you for non-payment and non-displaying.
    I want to go back to The Olden Days, when every single thing that I can think of was better.....

    (except air quality and Medical Science ;))

    Lol sorry, due on 27th, get paid the next day. I don't have a cheque book unfortunately, I heard of things call cheques though :p

    I think I'll phone the dvla and see what they say because their fines are all automated now, don't want a fine.

    If your current tax disc says it expires on the 27th it's a fake ;). And a poor one at that!
