I live literally up the hill from said parking area, I could easily gather photographic evidence for vortechs if needed.

Thank you. That would be absolutely wonderful, and of course I would be more than willing to reimburse you for your time!

Feel free to PM me once you've got your head around what it is you need to be doing! I'd advise using a more robust initial appeal to Excel than the one I sent, specifically making a note to ask for an un-redacted contract, and GPEOL breakdown! Things that can then be in reference to your own POPLA appeal. :)
  • That's perfectly fine. I don't mind. When would you need these photos? :)

I have a rough underdstanding of what needs to be done its just do i go ahead with the template as that looks enough to sway them or do i need to add to it? :) Thanks though.

Post your version of the template in a new thread, and others will be more than willing to help you flesh out based on whatever your circumstances are.

I'll send you a PM regarding the photos shortly. And thank you!

I have modified the POPLA appeal in post #34 to include the extra information provided by ColliesCarer. Thanks for that little nugget! :)

    Hi all,

I'm just about to submit my appeal to POPLA online, and got to thinking is there a 'best way' of doing so?

I've done the appeal in Word and formatted appropriately.

Should I simply enter 'See attached appeal document' in the 'Reasons for appealing' and submit the document using the evidence link, or just copy and paste from the word document into the 'Reasons' box?

I want to get this bit right straight off the bat so to speak, and submit pictures when they become available.

So, main appeal points as per 'menu' would be good for the short precise .. ?

That's what I did last time I had to submit one - then added "The main body of my appeal exceeds your character limit and has been attached as <filename> "

You have to then go to the submit evidence option to attach file

I have now received the standard 'You now owe us £100' notice, but my original appeal specifically stated I wanted to receive no further communications from them unless it was a POPLA code or confirmation of the appeal being accepted.

I feel that I should therefore follow this up, appropriately. So, what should my next move be on this (other than waiting for the appeal result) ?
