  • Also What happens if they just keep refusing! or sending increased letters. I was determind to be strong and fight hence not the quick reply to the original reply. but as i said the advice i keep being given contradicts all of you which scared me.

It doesnt matter, they are a small tinpot company who are the laughing stock of the parking world.

Let us know how you get on, but dont let them worry you, they are pathetic,

  • Thanks Kirkby
    ! :)
  • For God's sake CALM DOWN!
  • My only concern is these companies probably receive letters like this all the time and just laugh 'not another one' and it will back fire on me like everything else! ( Note to self: Keep faith!!!!!)

Ive got the letter ready to send, so i will send it off to ANRP in a mo.
They will give me a code and i will appeal to POPLA and at the same time and report them at the within 28 days of receipt of this.

All the other 'deadlines' are irrelevant as i have not had a code yet?

I will ignore all other threatening increases etc.

If i loose my POPLA where do I stand- i know that's pre empting i just like to know the over all picture the worse case.
  • I guess im concerned that i h ave missed the deadline in which i can appeal to POPLA

You won't lose at popla, we win 100% of the time with forum assisted appeals. Trev and his company are to stupid to win there, this is a guy who was going to sue the government for millions for making clamping illegal lol . How did that go Trev ? I know you are reading this ;)
When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.

You stand where you stand now.
You dont really owe them anything, they will send you a few more letters, you will get "scary" letters from H + S litigation (a front for Anpr), which are nothing to worry about

of course they will laugh at your letter - who cares ? nobody on here cares

of course they will try and confuse you with a load of bull and threatening letters , who cares ? its only paper , nobody on here cares and neither should you

they are bullies and should be treated as such, with disdain and use a bigger stick to beat them with

    that "stick" is POPLA

you write back as instructed (like a robot putting down what you were told) and insist on that POPLA code , ignoring any other letters except the one with the 10 digit verification code for POPLA

you check the dates of that code using the link in the newbies sticky thread

you should also be drafting up your POPLA APPEAL in notepad as soon as you have sent the popla request letter to ANPR , as you will need it

then post this draft letter on here for checking, minus any personal info or references , then you send it in to popla online on their website and get an email acknowledgement back

then you wait 6 or 7 weeks to find out you have won and there is nothing to pay and thats an end of the matter

if you get any more in the future, you come here, read the NEWBIES thread and fight back from day one !

you dont get mad, you get even !

not that hard really , is it ?
  • And dont pay?

you need to concentrate on the NOW and stop all the what ifs before you drive yourself to a hospital bed

its only a parking charge, its not world war 3

if you had to fight it out in court then do so, but as long as you follow the advice on here and win at popla then nothing more will happen

I suggest you write the letter to ANPR, start your popla draft and stop worrying or this thread will be on page 10
