Don't bother sending invitations to people who have assumed in advance they are on the the invitation list and have already declined. It's gross bad manners of them.0

Send the invites to keep the peace. Believe me, there is nothing worse than a mother with the face on at your wedding. eBay do some lovely handmade invites, and they are low cost (£15 for 50)
