If M&S are doing 3 for 2 then I would take advantage of that, and buy now before stockds get low. (i might go have a wee look myself lol)

I bought my son's sweaters for next year from the school before they closed for summer (yesterday!) so they are organised. I will buy 5 pairs of trousers, and 5 polo shirts for the new term.

(I like to have the whole week's uniform ironed and ready at the beginning of the week - makes life much easier)

If I had to choose between Tesco/Adsa for extra shirts, etc...I would go for Asda - their stuff is better quality than Tesco, IMO.:D

    M&S for me too!

I have tried most of them but having two boys, the trousers go from one to the other before we wear the knees out!!

I tried lots of others but they were not nearly so hard wearing, and the fabric would pile on some.

Also M&S will order into store for you at no extra charge if they dont have your size.

Asda have the motto that you can get a full uniform for under £10?

One pair of M&S trousers outlived a pair of Woolworth's and a pair of ASDA's boys trousers. They didn't get so bobbly either.

Polo shirts we have to buy through the school, but if you have a choice, dont get white or grey, talk about showing up the dirt? And in P1, they will come home covered in pen and paint!!!

It's on their site for orders over £30, but some people may miss it (non MSE-ers);)

I've found M&S boys trousers too 'skimpy' and my middle sons not a big lad by any means - he's smaller than most of his mates. Asda aren't bad for the price, but the seam allowances aren't large, so tend to rip if the lad pulls any extreme 'moves'. We're currently trialling some Tescos, purchased under their 3 for 2 offer.........
