When I had it to sign, I would've scanned it and therefore had a copy on my PC (saved in the cloud, obvs).We may not have it all together, but together we have it all :beer:

In which case this expensive company you used should have printed TWO copies, one which the tenant signed and kept, and the other that was for you.
I'd claim the £30 back from this company rather than p*ss your tenant off.
