    More fool them. I would have refused to pay on principle. I would have asked to borrow it, run off to the shops, photocopied it paid my 2 bob, and returned the original.

    The tenant has been exploited but who's the fool?
    Either this is a troll or fishpond is as much a fool as his tenant considering he seems unable to get his inventory clerk to do the job he paid him for (he paid a 'considerable a amount of money' for that inventory, let's not forget)

    Edit: OK, troll it is... fishpond on the black list.
