    Um... riding without a helmet is within the law. Maybe you should learn the highway code and the law before trying to quote it.

    I never mentioned helmets, to which there is a lot more to lawfully riding a bike weather wearing a helmet or not.
    maybe you should learn to read a post for what it says, not what you assume it says.;)

    Yes, perhaps they could employ some teachers to teach children how to cross the road properly, ride their bikes and skateboards sensibly. Seems like presently they rely on nutters from Road Peace and Brake to go into schools and spread their anti-car propaganda.
