Hi, would someone mind confirming if 63336 appears as FMP Clients on your bank statements? I'm just checking my earnings from when I worked for them and I can't remember for sure!0

Does anyone know if 63336 ever take on new staff? I worked for them about 6-7 years ago for a year or so but had to stop due to other commitments. I now have a lot more spare time but every time I've checked their website they say they aren't recruiting0

With all the "changes" that happened a couple of months ago with them, who knows. I imagine they will need new staff since they must have lost at least half their workforce. For those that don't know, they decided, giving their employees less than 24 hours notice, that the pay per question was being cut from 40p to 25p. Err.... no thanks! Not when they're still charging £2.50 a question! They also took away the ability to skip a question, which means for 40% less pay you also have no choice but to answer something that may take an age.
I've not really done any work with them since. I tried, but for the last two months, every time I've been on the side there's been absolutely no questions waiting. It's only in the last few days I've been getting notifications of questions waiting again.
By the looks of it they were very close to going under, but I suppose if it's getting busy again they may take on new staff. Though to be honest with the 40% pay cut I wouldn't rush to join their ranks anymore. It's a shame, because it was a good little earner before. My credit card would be much closer to being paid off if they didn't send everything t*ts up!0 -
Sounds a good job I never joined!0

That's really interesting thanks. I may be completely wrong but I thought they were paying 30p a question years ago when they only charged users £1 to ask a question. I had wondered what type of questions would come through now in the age of most people having smartphones. Am guessing the ones that you would previously want to skip! When I worked for them you could get a string of questions asking last tube and cinema times which was easy money, then all the drunk in the pub texts about people sat around the table which was a laugh on a Friday night but doubt people text in those types of things now at £2.50. Wish I'd stuck with it at the time!0

You're right - it was 30p a question way back, when they were only charging £1. I think that's why it's such a slap in the face now, especially for the people who have been there years and can remember earning 30p.
You do still get some easy money questions, like train times, cinema times, etc. The vast majority though are what they call "ego questions" which is just people texting in their name wanting to get some interesting info on themselves. So boring!0 -
