thank you.
The rule here is that you read the Newbies Sticky then start your own thread!
Don't pitch-up on someone else's expecting help and talking rubbish about "fines!"0 -
I am guessing English isn't your first language, Boris, so ask someone you know to help.borisvalkov wrote: »today fined me a place where there are no signs. What to rule.to pay it or not....

Click on 'Forum Jump' and click 'GO'. It is on the right, twice on this page.
Then read the thread called 'Private Parking ticket? Newbies please read these FAQs first!'.
If there are no signs then they can't ticket. Start your own thread once you have used the 'Forum Jump' to get to the first page.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:
Home»Motoring»Parking Tickets Fines & Parking - read the NEWBIES THREAD0 -

read the NEWBIES sticky thread, tells you all about it
google POFA 2012 , the new law that came in 2.5 years ago, that is why, as it can make the RK liable for actions by others, if certain criteria are met0 -
Hi Redx thanks for your help. I have just been reading the newbies and googled pofa 2012 im still struggling. Im working away for the next 3 months and wont be able to go through the appeal process easily. Would i in your opinion be better to pay this ukpc ticket rather than ignore it because of this new legislation if im not going to be here to argue it. I really appreciate your help as i know you have probably answered this same question many times ! Im not great on computers and am struggling to find a simple answer, thanks again0

This isn't your thread, so we shouldn't even be replying to you here ...............

This is UKPC. You're probably safe to still ignore when it comes to them. They have never followed through with court action anywhere in the UK. (They tried in Scotland then quickly withdrew. They've never tried in England/Wales. The only time they've done court is when THEY were taken there - they lost).
If you want to be 100% sure you're clear, and don't have time to be able to do it yourself, there's a company that charges £18 to take it all off your hands. (I'll let you do your own searching for companies that do private parking appeals).

Hi i don't know how to start a new thread, sorry.
we had a parking ticket from ukpc. I have read the newbie thread but can't see my circumstances. The reason we were fined was because the ticket had blown off the dashboard. The attendant said it had already been issued but you can send photo of the ticket whick I emailed to them, saying it must have been blown off. They then replied asking for the evidence (photo) so I sent it again. We've now received a letter basically saying the parking charge has been correctly issued which was £100 or £60 if paid within 14 days but they'll reduce it to £15 if paid within 35 days. It then goes on to say we can appeal to popla but if we lose we'll have to pay £100. If we do nothing it will go to a debt collector where an additional £60 will be added on. What should I do? I've already said I was driving
