You are not making any friends on this forum by throwing insults at someone who has given valued and trusted advice to more people than you have had hot dinners.

People who answer questions and give advice on this forum do so through experience and knowledge gained in a variety of spheres, and have gained considerable expertise in the process.

Apples2 has done no more than ask about something that is certainly pertinent to your case, and has every right to do so.

By taking the position that you have, you are not only giving the impression of being a bit of an ignoramus, but make the reader wonder what you are trying to hide.

This forum works by people being pleasant to each other. You are not doing that, and you are suffering because attention is being diverted to your moaning instead of being focused on your problem.

What you are saying simply isn't true, as what he was asking about had absolutely nothing, whatsoever, in any shape or form, to do with the thread. Furthermore, I 'took the position I did' in response to his horrible, patronising, condescending stance that he took without knowing any of the details or facts about something that wasn't even relevant to the topic. I'm not here to make friends or be popular by taking the moral high-ground like some people, I was here to take advice on this situation from anybody kind enough to offer it, and many have. I'll tell anybody who takes apple's tone where to go, regardless of their post count.

Finally refunded by these crooks today!

Yes this company took £39.99 from my account promised refund on 12/2/14 still waiting. I am have asked East Cheshire Trading Standards to intervene and investigate I do now believe the FCA are looking at this as well no broker is allowed to Charge no more than £5.00 for this service. if anyone else is having problems with this please post and I will send to Trading Standards.

Trading Standards wont be interested and they dont deal with complaints on an individual basis.

The FCA allow brokers to charge a reasonable fee for their service. The £5 you are talking about is how much the broker is allowed to retain even if the person requests cancellation of the service.

Brokers are allowed to charge what they like. If you don't accept a loan they broker for you, they are obliged to return your fee on request, less £5 which they are allowed to keep for administration.

Why do you people always turn up here after you've given your money away? You've got no sense, so you should hardly be putting yourself forward as a representative to Trading Standards.
