My wheelie bin has gone!

Certainly was windy and rather wet, thankfully no damage but then I haven't ventured out.
I think that wheelie bins have microchips in them these days and if found the council scan them and return them.0 -

£180! I've just read about our council charging in future, but I think they are talking £80 for the full set. We have two wheelies, general & garden waste. A black recycle box for glass plastic, papers etc , a smaller food waste caddy & a bag for cardboard. Not to mention a timetable for the collection schedule - lol0
