Right have been working on the bass line and have got most of it down apart from a few fiddly bits... when I've worked it all out I'll do a vid and post it on youtube so you can all laugh at someone very much into death metal playing a pink bass along to Abba.... LMAO.:rotfl:

Bumping this back up again :D

Was having problems with my wireless connection over the weekend, hence me being silent (though it did mean I got lots of boring chores done around the flat!)

The band so far (I hope)

Drums - Toto or Skint Catt's OH
    Bass - Immoral Angel
    Keyboards - Snaggles
    Triangle - Sarah Needle
    Guitar - lmw1977
Vocals - Pigginskint, LizD & me (Tumbleweed wants to do backing)
    Producer - Rob K

IA - as you've started learning the bass line, what key are you learning it in?

I've found somewhere with a load of tabs online:

    http://www.911tabs.com/tabs/a/abba/money_money_money_tab.htm

Although some of them say you need a particular piece of software installed, there are text versions too.

Right, I'm off to PM Toto...

    blairz sprog? lol

Yes I know  The were called Band on The Run but there was another band locally called that, so they renamed at about the time Leo Blair was born - hence Blairz Sprog!

    They are very good though!

Hi all, sorry to be a pain, but my Cubase licence key expired just before the weekend- this means I haven't been able to put together a backing track for people to play along with. I'll bring the key into work tomorrow to have it updated so I should be able to have a backing track ready for people to play along with on Wednesday!

In the meantime, anyone who is playing on the track is probably best off practising it in it's original key, which is A minor..

    I've been Money Tipped!
I can have a bash at singing, but I'd better just have the odd line: probably far too scary to do a whole song!

    PM if you want me.

By the way, that score I just posted is by no means a fully fleshed out version, but at least it gives everyone the chords and the tune :)

    LizD,

What I was going to suggest with the singing was for everyone to do the whole lot, then Rob can cut & paste us in so people get a line or 2 to themselves - but sing the bits you want to!
