1,425.35 is what I think I need to pay to have taken a year off. That will have saved me £7917 in interest from the over payments I have made since February. If I can do it I will have taken a year off in the four months since I started this plan. Can't quite believe it.

Does anyone have a spread sheet they can email me so I can have a play with it. Currently I have a paper chart :).

Made the transfer. Finally. Also the direct debit over payment goes out tomorrow. We have been offered more students. 2 per time for 5 weeks all together. Sounds good. That will help with the over payments. Have some arriving on Sunday so will get the payments in the bank Friday and am going to pay all of it to the mortgage. Like u say the annual statement is going to come the first week in june so really focused to get as much off as possible.

Managed to list some bits on eBay too. And have watchers and bids already :)

Have some more students in at the moment and going to get the payment in on Friday. I will pay all of the may money into the morgage so it appears on this years annual mortgage calculator. How does it work? Will it show that the term has reduced? It is our first one since propper overpayments. We are with the Halifax.
