Are you sure its really them and not a wind up? They sound too incompetent to be genuine.0

I'd start charging a fee for writing back to them @ £20 per communication. Maybe add extra due to the harassment and distress caused.0

Lawyers follow the instructions of their clients, if they give advice that this is stupid you have no chance of success and the client still says I wish to proceed then they will do it.
It is not the lawyer that is a fool but the instructing client.I started with nothing and I am proud to say I still have most of it left.0 -
They're back again with another email. This time it says:
"It is disappointing that you seem to hold no regard for the law and refused to inform us of where you acquired our product. we need to know what shop in Notting hill? and a receipt of purchase. What is the lot number on the cartridge? Please give this your most urgent attention."
I know (I think!) I should be ignoring it.... But they keep trying....
Again, not a single mention of any legal proceedings. Ignore.0 -
More updates for those who have been interested.... A further two emails, one of which does indeed ask whether the products are stolen or counterfeit; but which also quotes my breach of the Madrid Protocol:
"For some reason you have not responded to our communication yesterday. We need to establish authentically of where you acquired our product ie is it stolen, or is it counterfeit. Please give this your more upright attention.
This it is a breach of copyright for someone to use our image or Text permission under the Madrid protocol is required to replicate, copy an utilize trade patented logo, text and devices so again we request that you remove this unlawful entry."0 -
I'd be happy to tell them the batch number and that it was supplied directly to you by xyz rep, and that they can whistle or you're happy for them to buy it back.
I'd also point out that you're not using their photo or text, so don't understand what their issue is? You're not passing off your own gunk in a tube as theirs, you're not claiming their logo as your own.0 -

You have replicated and copied nothing. Once again, no mention of legal proceedings. Ignore.0 -
They really are idiots. I wish I had some I could sell to see if they started writing to me. I think I'd have some major fun with them.0
