I think at this end of the thread and with all that has gone before saying "I'd probably have started winding them up by now but I have a wicked streak", isn't a recommendationor advice. I also think that most of us have ascertained that the OP seems perfectly sensible and able to make his own decisions.
In post #82, Seagull27 expresses a slight lack of confidence, but also givens comments that show that that s/he is taking serious note of what is happening in this thread. Personally I think my opinion that s/he should be careful of overconfidence is a reasonable thing to post in this thread.

Seagull - The ball is in the companys court. They have been pestering you for six weeks or more. If they were 'onto something' you would have had court papers by now. You can prove (I hope) that the goods were supplied by the company themselves and first sales doctrine allows you to dispose of those goods as you see fit. Continue to ignore totally.0
