Seagull - The ball is in the companys court. They have been pestering you for six weeks or more. If they were 'onto something' you would have had court papers by now. You can prove (I hope) that the goods were supplied by the company themselves and first sales doctrine allows you to dispose of those goods as you see fit. Continue to ignore totally.

Nothing exciting I'm afraid.... I sold the last of the tubes and then never heard from them again....

Yeah because phoning them for prices then saying no thanks i can get them cheaper on ebay would be childish
