    I think you will find that my figures are not wrong...Over 50,000 animals were killed by the rspca in that year...
    What has how many i have re-homed got to do with it?...I do not beg money off people under false pretenses.

    Unless you are planning to sell up and not live anywhere, I can;t see the advantage.
    If you are planning to upsize the new house will cost more.
    If you are planning to downsize your new house will cost more than it should
    If you are trying to buy your first house its almost impossible.

    The RSPCA do not take advice from vets when deciding if they are going to execute an animal or not, more often than not it is an RSPCA "inspector" who decides.

    I find the RSPCA to be a total waste of time.
