Puppy Farm Fake Advertising! What can I do?

This was in my local paper tonight, it has really wound me up! To me it seems like its clearly a puppy farm selling ex breeding stock but by putting the title North Wales Rehoming Centre they are trying to make out they are some sort of rescue or good organization!?! As obvious as it seems to me a lot of people who are oblivious to these things going on might think its genuine and that they are somehow helping out by getting a dog from them.
What do you think, and who can I report it too?

Looks like theyve been on rouge traders back in 2009: http://www.petforums.co.uk/dog-chat/29700-rouge-traders-3.html
Also looks like they sell steal beams as well. Which is random. http://m.ebay.co.uk/itm/181123344788
I would contact the newspaper and make them aware of it. Nothing much more you can do though
What's yours is mine and what's mine is mine..0 -
Try telling the RSPCA as they might want to investigate. Possibly Dogs Trust might be interested. If you know for sure that it is a cover up for a puppy farm then I'd have thought the police would have a duty to follow up on it.0

On Rogue Traders in 2009 and still trading in puppies.
Dread to think how many poor dogs have suffered over the years

Trading Standards, possibly? Or contact Rogue Traders perhaps. The local council might be interested if there is a license required. Possibly even the taxman, if they're pretending to be a charity0
-
Also - if you have the name of the "registered charity" - notify HMRC - they are always interested and keen to get any tax due - HMRC and Trading Standards have more success in closing down businesses such as these than do the RSPCA!0

The ad says its a dog rehoming centre, nothing about it being a charity.
I agree, talk to Trading Standards as it is operating as a business. There may be some false advertising going on and it is a misleading advertisement. The more I know about people, the better I like my dogs.

No I would be really glad if you could, I will ring trading standards although I'm not sure whether they will really be interested? Somebody with clout in the right area is exactly what is needed. I have pm'd you too."Things can only get better.................c/o D:Ream #The 90's

Whatever you do, Do not report it to the rspca as they will kill them..Well only 50% of all animals they get..It is nice to see the value of your house going up'' Why ?
Unless you are planning to sell up and not live anywhere, I can;t see the advantage.
If you are planning to upsize the new house will cost more.
If you are planning to downsize your new house will cost more than it should
If you are trying to buy your first house its almost impossible.0 -
I've copied this from Puppylovecampaigns.org:
Puppy farms in England, Wales and Scotland are licensed by their local council and are not illegal. The premises are inspected by the council who issue the license every year. The inspections focus on the premises and little attention is paid to the health and well being of the dogs. It is the responsibility of the licensing council to ensure dog breeding facilities in their area meet high welfare standards and in many instances they fail to do this; particularly in Wales.
OP, could you please report this advert to your local council, thank you. I can't help myself from worrying about it too.The more I know about people, the better I like my dogs.
