Online booking/cancellation help required

Hi, in my experience - once you have presses thoose buttons it is final.To change anything you have to pay. I would try and keep the dates you booked if you can.

Don`t want to be the bringer of bad news but holidays do not come under the Distant Selling regulations.
Contact last min and trying reasoning with them about the extra amount they want,pointing out that if you cancel,you`ll "only" lose £150.
A bit late now,but read their cancellation/amending bookings T&C`s.0 -

Which airline are you flying with? It may be that the flights are not changeable, even for Lastminute.Gone ... or have I?0

Same day, once tickets are issued for scheduled airlines.
Actually, agents can only cancel tickets FOC, and then re-book with correct names (if same day). If the seat prices have risen in the meantime...
If it's also quite late (outside office hours or weekends) you'll struggle to find someone to be able to change, and by the next day it's too late.
This doesn't apply to low-cost or charter who's rules I have no idea...0 -

I can only assume by this that you work for the forementioned company, I booked online and within 24 hours knew the dates were wrong yet when e mailing your contact us box on the site i keep getting replies from where I can only assume is an indian call centre, and to be frank I don't think they understand very well,
Re the amendment a holiday that cost £360.00app and 24 hours later to move forward at an extra cost of £144.70 air amendment, £45.00 per person admin and another £20.00 for cancelling hotel and then having to rebook the same hotel for a week later is scandalous to amend it for a week at a total cost of £254.70 on top of the original price is unbelievable and certainly not something I would reccomend to other users of this site, All for sake of putting on the wrong dates, as I have said previously there is plenty time to resell tickets etc therefore no loss to the air company and the admin charges are as bad if not worse than the bank charges we are all claiming thanks to Martin, maybe its time for someone to start taking to task all these charges on sites such as yours

It's a joke,the customer services number is in india and trying to speak to anyone is a nightmare, All i get is can't do anything and half the time either them or me are repeating ourselves, as for the other number it just comes up as unrecognisable:mad:BORN TO RIDE - FORCED TO DRIVE
