            Hi,
How awful to feel that you have so few options.
I appreciate that some people may find the lack of £15 strange but having discovered friends who literally had nothing to eat, but too embarrassed to say, £15 is the world to some people and the price of a Friday night takeaway to others.
Some people don't have supportive parents, the world is a strange place at times. Depression can be a real issue, and if nothing fits then they probably already feel low and don't want to feel lower by wearing a coat that drowns or is too small.
I do hope this person is sorted now0
