Reached the £40 payout limit for OnePoll :j Should get that by the end of the month.

I noticed recently that I wasn't far from payout for Global Test Market. I stopped doing the surveys as they are long and boring / screen out to easily and often / takes ages to reach payout. When I noticed I was close I did a few and reached payout last night! :) Waiting for £30 Amazon vouchers to arrive. Hopefully they will arrive this week as I have an order due on 15th and that would cover with some over. I am not going to do GTM anymore though, for the above reasons.

Still waiting for £7 ish from ACO. Waiting for £5 cashback from the bank, due at the end of the month.

My friend is selling a couple of items on eBay for me so hopefully I will get a little bit out of that. Probably not much but the pennies add up. Just not sure when she is going to do it as she has 6 boxes of stuff to sell!

Yesterday I applied for a new current account. Once it is all set up I will get £100 for switching plus they will also give £25 to charity for my switch.

Grocery day. Shopping list underway. Going to have to be tight this week after spending £65 last week  My budget is £40 :eek::o:o

I am only about 50 swagbucks away from a £5 Amazon voucher so working hard on that.

Everything else has paused really as I have spent so much money in the past couple of weeks that I need time to catch my breath and replenish the pots.

Got the £5 Amazon voucher so waiting for that to be delivered.

Groceries came to £41.30. Not perfect but much better than last week. There were a couple of big buys - kitchen roll £3, a large tub of hot chocolate powder for LMG £2.99 (that will last for a bit though) and something else that was about £3-£4 which I can't remember off the top of my head now. Any grocery item over £2.50 is a big buy to me.

Got some lamb which I will put in the slow cooker one day this week. Does anyone have any quick lamb casserole-type recipies that I can slow cooker? I have a small amount of diced lamb, an onion, red pepper, herbs/spices/gravies. Needs to be quick and easy though, nothing fancy.

Got £15 pocket money to see me through the week. I absolutely cannot spend any more than that. Payday is ages away :( Nothing that we need though so will be fine :)

Just saw this, it made me laugh. For all the people struggling with the word "messages":-

Car is going in for MOT tomorrow. Hopefully it won't need too much done. Probably a couple of new tyres as [STRIKE]I drive badly[/STRIKE] it seems to need them every year. I spent £5 getting it washed yesterday. I know I could have done it for free myself but it was for convenience and to save time. Just have to vacuum it and give it a dust. I emptied the rubbish out yesterday. There wasn't even that much as I made a huge fuss about people leaving rubbish in it last time!

I will probably have to dig further into the pot as we are working on my sis's hen weekend and money is going to be required soon. Of course, I am having to pay double as LMG is going too. After this year is over I am having a money detox! I am sooooo glad I saved up and paid for my bestie's hen weekend earlier in the year.

On a brighter note, at least I am able to cover all these things for now. A few years ago I wouldn't have been able to go at all.

    Have a lovely weekend :)

Hope you had a good weekend too mummy. The car needed a new rear tyre and the handbreak needed tightening. That was it. Total including MOT was £157.99. The tyre was just a cheapy but it's the mechanics' wages that bump the cost up! I knew I was in the wrong profession...

Had to get the grocery shop yesterday. £26.43 so not too bad but I only had half a list (bad gap :o:() so may have to pay a visit to the store during the week.

Received the £35 in Amazon vouchers...a day too late to apply them to my account for this month's order. Never mind. I will hold them there until next month.

I have "done a mooomin" with the credit card. I somehow have £15 too much ready to pay for it with another £26 still to put to it. I can account for about £10 but that means I still have £31 too much. Everything has updated so I have no idea where it has come from. I will wait another couple of days just in case but if I am right then I can pay it back to the pot I have been dipping into.

Busy at work this week so that is good. This is the first chance I have had to come on here. Bossman in London today so no chance of getting caught ;)

This just gets worse (better?), I have just found another £18.90 which I am supposed to pay to the cc as well. That means after the £10 I can account for I have £49.90 too much!! Originally I was £3 odds short. A miscalculation somewhere...

A regular monthly payment came off my credit card today. It comes off every month but I always forget about it. I hadn't accounted for it in my overpayment but I hadn't accounted for it in my current balance either so it doesn't explain anything. I will use some of the extra to cover that. I will also pay the £18.90 from yesterday back to the wee bit of money I have saved ready for dinner with the girls at the end of the month. That is leaving me with about £19 to play with. I will leave it where it is for now as something is bound to come up before payday.

I am meeting my friend for lunch tomorrow. My turn to pay. I have money aside ready for that.

My parents are going on a much deserved holiday tomorrow. I will miss them (I get homesick when they are away :o) but they really need it and I am pleased for them as with paying for my sister's wedding this year, they didn't think they would have a holiday.

The boss is out for the rest of this week. I am such a good employee that all my work is completely up to date :A I am therefore being a very bad employee and spending a lot of time on the internet as I have nothing to do :o:cool::( Boredom is really setting in today.
