There's no place like home :)

Feeling down? Weak in body? Makes no difference to me, I think of you all when I'm sitting quietly.

Hugs and healing thoughts are always going your way.

    :(

Yesterday my friend was taken to hospital in an ambulance as she has lost over 1½ stone in a week & cannot eat anything.

I have received a message to say she has kidney failure, the fluids aren't coming out. The damage level can't even be assessed.
She has been put on dialysis over night & her family are distraught.

Here is hoping the dialysis has worked & she recovers ♥

    My prays are with her.

In our family we have had two people experience kidney failure, one was OH niece, she recovered really well, indeed enough to join the RAF. The other was my dad, he was elderly and had 12 years of dialysis before he died from other health problems during most of this time he lived a great life xxxxx

  • Hello everyone

I've been lurking for a while now and decided to put my head around the door and say hello.

I'd like to say a big thank you to everyone who finds the glitches as they are a great help to me at the moment :T. I gave up a job I hated last year to start my own business and have been living off my savings since then so I have to be very careful with money. I managed some 1p goodies and was able to donate some to my mum's church too and am getting my head around the pp now. I don't have an A near me so it's all T shops for me.

I have an OH, two DS's of my own and a step DS too so 5 of us to feed.

I've been out and done a burger/muller shop earlier today, I also needed some Philly which compared to M too so a pp of £9.98 back from a £17.85 spend :j.

I enjoy keeping up with all your goings on as and when my business allows and hopefully I might be able to contribute too :)

Hi all, I have had a boring morning cleaning, hope yours has been more exciting.
I have a few T's mailing vouchers which expire today. Does anyone know - if I order a C&C order today - will they still come off the bill if I am collecting tomorrow? TIA :)

I agree far 2 much in 2 weeks but as i said before am still waiting for a scan as they found another shadow in my lung and i'm now thinking positive but at the time i was really worried and just got drunk every day.
I got up this morning after dring a few cans last night and am now making lunch and will not be drinking tonight or in the next couple of weeks when i have a party to go to.

Sorry about the lecture, but I have seem far too many people loose their battle with alcohol, and it is the worst death I have seen both physically and emotionally. It tends to sneaks up and hits people often when they are starting to put their life together again.

If you find yourself having another drink before the party... then you need to really consider if you are in control of it or it is in control of you. Sending you all the positive thoughts possible as you are a lovely chap xxx
