Got a bubbs beef out ready to cook. Any tips or favourite ways to cook this would be much appreciated. Having it with some nicely compared Maris pipers from yesterday's jf shop and cheap parsnips. Might dauphinoise the spuds...
  • Good morning all
All caught up time for another :coffee: before I think about heading out going out for dinner with my Dd and to get her passport photos which should be fun
    Enjoy your weekend

I duly waited till 6am... and it's not good news:(:(:mad:. So not a good morning at all:o - I used the Baylis & Harding gift sets (two different ones) as attempts and neither of them worked. I've lost about £10 over the two shops:(:( - so all of what I saved previously now goes back:(. Grrr!! So comes to an abrupt end my glitch run. H& S Intensive may or may not still work: I've no idea - I only really wanted the Baylis & Hardings:o.

I thought I'd learned, by giving up the minor 10% on filler items (perhaps 9p if they (Haribo etc.) were total cost of 90p) in return for much more, but that didn't work so maybe I haven't learned at all:(.

Oh - good morning folks.:) Saturday morning, not doing more shopping for a while - got all I needed as fillers anyway.

Whilst I perhaps stand no risk of being trouted, I can just hear the SAs now: ooh, £3.08, that's a good voucher! Me: No, it isn't:(:(.

Sorry Savvy, it appears the system updated. My JFs worked last night with the Intensive trigger but low stocks of Intensive and the right JFs :(. By mending my mojo it seems to have part broken yours, sorry:o.

I am saying nothing to provoke an argument, but the CS desk and published Refund policy are there for a reason ... Just saying ;).

I hear i've been the topic of discussion by some of you yet again, that's the thanks I get for posting glitches I find on her. Happy enough to take advantage of my finds but then running me down behind my back. Well after the last time and I came back I think the saying is 'Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me.' Some people on here are the biggest hypocrits going!

Floflo, I've just signed in and caught up to see this. I know I go mia often but have been online and reading for the past few days.

I haven't seen anything written bad about you, apart from SFSB quip re cup size.

Please can you go back and clarify with whoever told you this, as it seems to me some muppet is stirring things.

Please don't go as you are loved here and your posts are appreciated very much

Queue "Price Prompt" at A. SS till.

Trout: What was the last item you scanned in?
    Me: SP Mash.
    Trout:No it wasn't that.
    Me: Deodorant?
    Trout:No it wasn't that?
Me: That voucher for £11 then.
Trout: That's it. Oh my. I will have to query this receipt.
    Me: Why?
Trout:You spent £3 and got £13 off it on your previous shop.
Me: No I spent £16 and got £13 off it. I paid £3 in cash. That's the Asda Price Guarantee.
Trout: I will need to keep this receipt because its so high.
Me: No you can copy it, I am retaining the receipt in case I need to bring owt back.
Trout: Oh there you are. Don't worry.
Me: Have a nice day. (Mumble: see you in 3 hours).

It is beautiful in the slow cooker if you have one (and the time :D) . About 8 hours on low and it comes out so tender you barely need teeth :D
