It would be a shame for any blogger to disqualify a new follower just because they are assumed to be only following for the chance to win a prize. I usually stay following a blog even after the comp has finished!

Hayley, if you are reading this, I would just like to put it in perspective for you. Although I don't agree with people posting horrible things on your blog, I can understand why compers are upset.

Imagine if you entered a competition and noted on the page - this giveaway is not open to professional bloggers or beauty obsessed s l * t s (I don't actually hold this opinion). That comment would indicate that the author had judged both you and your hobbies. I am sure that although it is not a personal comment, you would find it offensive.

Actually would not have entered anyway, another one who wants endless advertising of her blog around the social media sites for the sake of a lipstick. There is a blog offering a double bed as a prize which only asks for half the entries Madam does:rotfl:

But, the thing that really struck me about her rant was the last bit`
