I've just been scammed by this company...please can anyone give me some contact details.
I knew i should have known better but I was applying for my provisional license (I'm 16) and paid £90 when it should have been £50.
I have cancelled using their website but there are absolutely no contact details, and I have yet to receive a refund.
Thank you for your help.

And what are they going to do?0 -
hopefully this will be a lesson learned for the future, take a little extra time reading things before parting with your money. The terms and conditions are on the site so probably worth looking at them before you tick the box that says you have read them
You are not the first and you won't be the last but for awareness these sites are everywhere, passports, ehic cards etc hopefully you get your refund (minus the £8 admin fee) and never fall for this type of thing again0 -
Why didnt you click the link
Visit DVLA ?
A lesson for when you book your theory and practical tests also.
Use official websites GOV.CO.UK

Have you read the refund details in the link in post #2?
Whereabouts in the application process did you cancel?
Before they processed your application?
After they processed your application?
After they completed their service?
Did you provide the bank details they asked for?
Even if you find contact details, I doubt that it will make any difference.
Also be aware that similar websites exist for a number of 'services' - some that you will probably need in the future:
Driving theory test
Booking driving test
Application/renewal of passport
EHIC
ESTA
Submitting tax return0 -

And fishing licenses as well I found out over the weekend - basically anything that involves the submission of a form to the Gov then there will be companies looking to take advantage of the lazy and unwary by charging them to submit it on their behalf.0 -

That's a new one on me!
Hope you weren't caught out and used the wrong website.
